The Payson Elks Lodge #2154 is located 80 Miles north of Scottsdale and  is approximately a 2-hour drive from Phoenix Arizona.  The Town of Payson is nestled in the cool mountains  at the base of the Mogollon Rim in the Tonto National Forest.  The Rim Country area experiences the climate of  all 4 seasons, an abundance of wildlife, nature’s natural beauty, clean crisp mountain air, pristine lakes and streams.

 

The Tonto Natural Bridge, one of the natural wonders of the world, is located 11 miles north of Payson.  Tonto Bridge is the worlds largest travertine bridge - 180 feet high, 400 feet long and about 100 feet thick on top.   A small waterfall cascades over the edge of the bridge with trailing grasses and ferns.

Community Services We Provide:

The Order of Elks is a Charitable Order and is dedicated to helping those who are less fortunate and in need, as well as to the youth of our communities, Veterans Service, furtherance of Americanism and many other Benevolent activities.

 

Community Activities:

Payson Elks supports and promotes a Scholarship Program, Children's Christmas Shopping Spree, Americanism Essay Contest and is Local Blood Drive Participant.

 

History:

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks are well known throughout the Country.  Organized on February 16, 1868, the Elks are the largest American Fraternal Organization in the United States of America, consisting of American Citizens of the Unites States and its Territories.

The Order of Elks is a benevolent organization, not a "Social-Business Club". It is dedicated to Service to our Communities and our Country. The various phases of our work offer  a wide choice from which members may choose areas of interest.
 

Payson Elks Lodge has been serving the Arizona Rim Country Communities since 1960.  Upon attaining membership in our Order, you will become part of a National Organization with a membership of well over a million American Citizens from every prominent city of our Country - respected Citizens of their Communities and proud to say that they belong to the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America.
